What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, proven record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements, hunt and develop new enterprise accounts, target-driven, strategic thinking, navigate complex sales cycles to close high-value deals, build trust and long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, consultative, client-centric approach, entrepreneurial mindset, communicator, comfortable dealing with clients in English & German

Nice to Have

experience in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery, expertise in transformation and organizational change, Leadership skills, French

orchestrate internal consulting and delivery teams

build and manage senior-level relationships

ensure alignment between delivery and client expectations

lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders

develop service proposals aligned with customer objectives

develop and execute a territory plan

pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts and whitespace prospects

and shape complex consulting and service opportunities within strategic accounts

build and maintain long-term client relationships

lead complex sales scenarios

collaborate with strategic partners to drive co-selling initiatives

submit accurate sales forecasts and reports

monitor your portfolio’s sales performance

stay informed on product knowledge

lead and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

orchestrate internal consulting and delivery teams; ensure alignment between delivery and client expectations; Partner with consultants to develop service proposals; Lead complex sales scenarios, collaborating with client C-suite, senior management, and internal teams; Collaborate with strategic partners to drive co-selling initiatives; Work with other Account Managers to ensure cohesive regional strategies and share best practices; Participate in and lead team meetings, establishing effective rituals and fostering collaboration; Lead and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
