As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving our company’s growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. What You’ll Do - Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting. - Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM. - Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated. Must have - Experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in tech). - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience with CRM tools. - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. - Founder Mindset - You're here for a reason and ready to take risks for something unknown. - Prior experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus.
