Must Have
3-5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, risk governance, or a related risk and control role within financial services, Experience supporting or managing enterprise-wide risk appetite frameworks, risk reporting, or similar governance programs, understanding of the bank regulatory environment and regulatory expectations related to enterprise risk management, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel, Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, Proven stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and independently drive deliverables, Adaptable and proactive, Bachelor's degree mandatory
Nice to Have
Experience working with risk management systems or GRC tools (e. g. , OpenPages, PowerBI, Wdesk)
What You'll Do.
Support ERM framework design
Coordinate development
Produce risk reporting and dashboards
Partner with stakeholders to aggregate risk information
Support risk governance forums
Ensure ERM processes align with expectations
Contribute to identification of emerging risks
Provide guidance on enterprise risk concepts
Assist with maintenance of ERM policies
Collaborate with technology and data teams
