Get to Know the Role You will help design and implement our enterprise-wide risk management framework. We will improve this framework by collaborating across departments to identify new risks, evaluate mitigation strategies, and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Additionally, you will foster a proactive risk culture. Based onsite at the Jakarta office, you will report directly to the Manager. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Risk Framework and Maintenance * Maintain ERM frameworks and policies aligned with ISO 31000 and COSO ERM standards. * Manage the corporate Risk Register to help departments (BUs) track operational and strategic risks. * Follow up with risk owners to ensure timely closure of mitigation action plans. Risk Assessment and Data Analytics * Facilitate risk assessment workshops to evaluate risk likelihood, impact, and control effectiveness. * Monitor all risks, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic trends. * Build automated risk dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)) to deliver data-driven insights. Report and Governance * Prepare risk materials and presentations for Senior Management
