7+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, customer onboarding or application engineering, Proven experience in on-site large SaaS implementation projects, Proven working experience in project management, BScEng/BA degree or equivalent, Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

Experience in manufacturing and industrial space is a benefit, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, Experience with project management software tools
