ROLE SUMMARY Osmo is hiring an Enterprise Program Manager to own the operating cadence, execution, and cross-functional coordination for major enterprise partnerships. This role owns the timing, sequencing, and delivery of strategic enterprise workstreams — turning agreed scope into executed milestones across commercial, fragrance development, ML, sensory, and executive teams. This is a customer-facing program role for someone who can create structure in ambiguity, drive accountability across teams, and keep complex enterprise workstreams moving. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Own day-to-day program management for strategic enterprise accounts, including timelines, agendas, action items, decision logs, and stakeholder follow-ups. - Serve as a primary customer-facing operator, translating enterprise partner goals into internal workstreams, milestones, and success criteria. - Coordinate across commercial, fragrance development, machine learning, sensory, and executive teams. - Maintain clear project documentation, canonical plans, and partner-facing updates. - Support pilot planning, demo readiness, scope expansion, and commercialization discussions. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - 3–5+ years of program management experience, ideally in a technical, product, R&D, or enterprise partnership environment. - Direct experience working with large enterprise customers in a customer-facing
