Must Have

TS/SCI with polygraph, 15 years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions, Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar, Management experience with P&L responsibility, Personnel management experience, Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics, Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment, Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills, Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment, Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations, Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects, Knowledge and experience in exercise or crisis management policies and experience planning, coordinating and delivering support to special events

Nice to Have

PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities

What You'll Do.

Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks

Use established program management procedures to monitor cost

Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool

Manage customer expectations with proactive

Oversee the execution of the Transition Plan

Oversee the management and implementation of the PMP

Serve as the primary point of contact for formal discussion with the customer

including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction

Oversee the Contractor’s Environmental

Health and Safety functions

ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed

and overall operating costs

Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods

procedures and programs

Oversee the monitoring and inspecting of maintenance
