What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of experience of relevant work experience in software, 8 -10 Years of Application Enterprise Architect, Strong experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, microservices architecture, database design (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL), API design, REST, event-driven architecture, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), Kafka / messaging systems, core banking systems like Temenos T24, regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, audit), performance tuning and monitoring tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data security and encryption standards, Modernization & Migration to Cloud
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, Java Certification, Azure Cloud Solution Architect Certification, containerization packaging, tooling, DevOps methodologies
