Must Have

3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator in a complex, fast-paced environment, Expertise in Salesforce: Proven ability to build and troubleshoot advanced Flows, validation rules, and custom objects, Broad SaaS Proficiency: Proven experience administering or integrating external tools like Dialpad, PandaDocs, Jira, or Notion, Technical Fluency: A interest in leveraging AI tools (e. g. , Salesforce Einstein, AgentForce) to boost user efficiency, Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work hybrid from our office 3–4 days per week

What You'll Do.

Salesforce Management & Support: Act as the primary owner for Salesforce

managing daily requests including field fixes

and advanced troubleshooting.

Multi-Application Administration: Lead the administration and maintenance of peripheral tools including Dialpad (IVR and call routing)

PandaDocs (template management)

System Cleanup & Data Integrity: Proactively drive the cleanup of technical debt

and inconsistent naming conventions across all integrated platforms.

Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with Sales and Ops leadership to deliver critical visibility into performance through reports and dashboards.

Security & Compliance: Enforce role-based access across Salesforce

and PandaDocs to ensure HIPAA compliance and secure data handling.
