3-5 years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role, working with business systems like NetSuite, Jira Confluence, Slack or similar platforms, Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration, Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e. g. , PowerShell, JavaScript), Experience with integration tools like Azure Functions, or Data Factory, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively, Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-changing environment

Nice to Have
