Also, maintain and improve profitability for APOC for these managed accounts. Accountable for achieving designated sales target levels and gross margin profiles. **_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_** * Apply Key Account Management model (cross selling, up selling and upgrading strategies) in assigned territories at selected Key Accounts. * Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets. * Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet Key Accounts goals and needs. * Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. * Responsible for Key Accounts current contracts execution and management. * Improvement the relationship with key stakeholder to identify growth opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell. * Responsible for pipeline generation and its execution as well as CRM (Salesforce.com) management for opportunities development. * Responsible for sales expansion, introduction of new products/services (hs-Tnl & TBI) to clients and organize visits to current and potential customers. * Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets. * Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with establishe
