Must Have

Background in early talent, campus recruiting, or HR/recruiting tech, 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, managing enterprise accounts, Proven track record owning renewals and commercial outcomes – upsell, expansion, churn prevention, Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders and executives, Data-literate – you pull insight from numbers and use it to drive decisions and customer conversations, Communicator, written and verbal, Highly organised – you can hold a large, complex book and know where every account stands at all times, You operate independently and take initiative without waiting to be managed, You've built process, not just followed it, and you move fast
