What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven success in Key Account Management and/or Business Development, with experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts and a commercial mindset., A track record of launching or scaling new products or services within existing partnerships - you're comfortable operating where the playbook is still being written., Deep understanding of the Finnish retail landscape, with experience in e-commerce or FMCG sectors., Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels - equally at ease with a C-suite executive as with a store manager., Advanced analytics skills with Looker or Power BI and spreadsheet fluency., Clear, structured communicator who can influence without authority and navigate complex organisational dynamics., Fluency in Finnish and English.
What You'll Do.
Take full ownership of a focused portfolio of large enterprise retail accounts for our Wolt Drive and core Marketplace offerings.
Drive growth and profitability through services adoption
store expansions and hands-on day-to-day management.
Pitch and execute campaigns that drive growth.
Launch and scale Wolt's evolving offerings such as Wolt Ads
as well as Commerce Platform solutions to support partners’ first-party business needs.
Ensure optimal in-store processes and quality standards while working closely with account partners to implement growth initiatives and drive ongoing improvements.
Leverage market knowledge and analytics to inform strategies
and conduct quarterly Business Reviews with your partners.
Build and maintain relationships across all levels of your accounts - from operational teams to senior executives - through proactive communication and exceptional service.
