What They're Looking For.

Must Have

A background in technology sales and client management with a minimum of 6 years of experience is required. The candidate must be able to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders, possess strong business communication skills (written and verbal), and have experience working with a global client base. Ability to travel for business when required and be an internal team player are also necessary.

Nice to Have

A post-secondary degree, specifically a business undergraduate degree or an MBA, is preferred.

What You'll Do.

The Enterprise Account Manager will build relationships with key decision-makers in strategic accounts, developing account plans to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

This role involves working with internal teams to execute expansion plans, managing the sales pipeline, and demonstrating Absorb LMS functionality to align with customer objectives.

Additionally, the manager will collaborate with customer success to mitigate churn and monitor market activities.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

The role requires collaboration with internal resources such as Leadership, Solutions Engineers, Account Development reps, support teams, and technology teams to develop and execute expansion plans and ensure customer success. The Enterprise Account Manager will also work with existing Customer Success resources.
