Operated as an early or founding AE at a Seed/Series A startup, Built a new territory or segment from scratch, Comfortable across the C-suite while navigating procurement, legal, security, and IT in complex enterprise buying committees, Ability to hold credible technical conversations, Clearly articulate how Gradient Labs differs from incumbents, Tight async hygiene in Notion, Slack, and the CRM
