Must Have

Quota-carrying enterprise software sales role, New logo acquisition, Consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1M+, Experience managing multiple large deals in parallel, Mastery of a value-based sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar), Complete professional fluency in English, At least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is required, Resilience and resourcefulness

Nice to Have

Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms, Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in the Nordic region, Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry and Observability ecosystem at scale, Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment

Penetrate and close new business within large enterprise accounts across the Nordics

Develop and execute multi-threaded account plans

Build deep relationship maps from individual developer teams up to C-level executives

Lead complex commercial negotiations

Structure multi-year agreements

Coordinate a cross-functional team of Solutions Architects

and product specialists

Deliver value to prospects
