Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow enterprise revenue across financial services accounts, including banking, insurance, capital markets, and fintech. Own full-cycle enterprise sales processes, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, transformation leaders, and operational stakeholders across complex organizations. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise accounts. Deliver compelling value-based presentations that clearly articulate ROI, efficiency gains, and business transformation outcomes. Partner with systems integrators and channel partners to generate pipeline and support successful implementations. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success and solution specialists, to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes. Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to refine account strategy and identify new opportunities. Work cross-functionally to share insights, improve sales execution, and strengthen go-to-market alignment. Requirements 8+ years of experience in enterprise or value-based software sales with a strong track record of quota attainment. 3+ years of experience selling into financial services organizations such as banking, insurance, fintech, or capital markets. Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and senior transformation stakeholders. Strong understanding of financial services priorities including compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency. Demonstrated success in selling complex technology solutions and translating them into measurable business outcomes. Experience building and growing enterprise accounts and consistently closing new business and new logos. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across large, matrixed organizations.
