Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive revenue growth across enterprise financial services accounts, including banking, insurance, fintech, and capital markets. Own full-cycle enterprise sales processes, consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, transformation leaders, and operational stakeholders across target organizations. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise customer relationships. Deliver value-based selling presentations, clearly articulating ROI, efficiency gains, and business transformation outcomes enabled by automation and AI. Collaborate with partners and system integrators to develop pipeline opportunities and ensure successful implementations. Partner with internal teams, including customer success and product specialists, to ensure strong customer adoption and satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. Drive cross-functional alignment internally to share insights, best practices, and improve sales effectiveness. Requirements 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution-based sales, with a strong track record of quota attainment. 3+ years of experience selling into financial services organizations (banking, insurance, fintech, or capital markets). Proven ability to sell complex software solutions and communicate AI, automation, and digital transformation value to senior executives. Strong understanding of financial services priorities such as compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency. Demonstrated success in building and expanding enterprise accounts and closing new logos.
