What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales, Proven background in banking, fintech, or B2B tech companies, Deep understanding of how financial decisions are made in large organizations in Brazil, Proven experience selling to C-level executives (CFOs, Controllers), Comfortable leading conversations around financial products, risk, and controls, Based in São Paulo or surrounding areas, Available to go to the office 2x per week, Working proficiency in Portuguese, Working proficiency in English, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proven role-specific execution, Ability to operate with ambiguity, Business judgment, Structured thinking, Adaptability to fast-changing environments, High degree of ownership

Nice to Have

Experience selling financial products such as credit, payments, treasury, or corporate cards in the Brazilian market, Familiarity with Hubspot or Amplemarket, Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows, Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, Metabase, or SQL to build business cases, Familiarity with Brazilian regulated environments, Familiarity with Banco Central do Brasil guidelines, Familiarity with multi-entity corporate structures, Basic proficiency in Spanish, Desire to learn Spanish, Good sense of humor
