driving the sales of Comcast Business strategic products and solutions in new markets

acquisition and management of mid-market and enterprise

multi-location commercial customers through direct and partner channels

Designs and delivers live sales presentations to prospective clients

develops relationships with clients and the community

positions the Comcast Business brand as key components of the sales strategy

Develops the strategy of the sales territory

identifying strategic partnerships

planning the development of a territory

cultivating of local partnerships and organizational affiliations

researches and generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities

partner relationships

promote and position the Comcast brand within territory

Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations to strategic prospective clients

Sells with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets

Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies

Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast credo

ensuring a superior customer experience

Maintains and builds customer relationship to drive customer retention

Works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations

Maintains accurate and quality sales records

prepares sales and activity reports
