Must Have
3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise software sales role, with a focus on new logo acquisition, A consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1M+ and experience managing multiple large deals in parallel, Mastery of a value-based sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–12 months, business acumen — fluent in the language of value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership, Complete professional fluency in English and Dutch is required, Resilience and resourcefulness — you confidently manage timelines and close business even when obstacles arise
Nice to Have
Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms, Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in the Benelux region, Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry and Observability ecosystem at scale, Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
