Must Have

7+ years of enterprise sales experience within SaaS, Cybersecurity, DFIR, or adjacent technology markets, Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and consistently exceeding revenue targets, Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and executive networking, Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, Experience applying MEDDPICC (or equivalent) sales methodology, Experience working with both direct and partner-led sales models, Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a developing region, Comfortable working across international teams and time zones, Commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and executive communication skills, Highly organized with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management practices, Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to territory growth, Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to independently develop territory strategy, create opportunities, and own complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end using a MEDDPICC-driven sales approach.   As a key member of Magnet Forensics’ EMEA team, you will operate with significant ownership of the DACH region, working closely with partners, marketing, sales engineering, and leadership to establish and scale market presence.   This role is best suited to candidates motivated by long-term territory development and market ownership rather than short
