What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud technologies, Proven success selling Contact Center / CCaaS solutions and/or AI-driven platforms, track record of net-new logo acquisition and expanding large enterprise accounts, Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long deal timelines, Demonstrated ability in value-based selling, ROI articulation, and business case development, Familiarity with AI use cases in CX (e. g. , conversational AI, workforce optimization, analytics), Expertise in solutions such as UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud applications, VoIP, or digital transformation platforms, executive presence, communication, and presentation skills, Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Drive net-new logo acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts within your territory

Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Contact Center and AI-driven CX solutions

Position the value of AI-powered customer engagement

Develop and execute territory

and opportunity strategy plans

Own pipeline development

and overall GTM execution for your territory

Collaborate with channel and VAR partners to identify and close new business opportunities

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
