Must Have
5–10 years of sales experience, 3–5+ years selling public safety technology, Demonstrated experience selling public safety, telecommunications, or mission-critical solutions within the Canadian market, Proven ability to create, advance, and close public safety opportunities, Demonstrated success consistently meeting sales quotas and building pipelines in net-new territories, Outstanding interpersonal skills, Comfortable operating in regulated environments with long sales cycles, multiple approval layers, and high operational accountability, Demonstrated ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, peers, and leadership in a polished and professional manner, Self-starter with a work ethic and willingness to take ownership of the assigned sales territory, Ability to travel up to 75%, Compliance with applicable Canadian security and background screening requirements, Successfully pass a comprehensive background check
