What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and longer deal timelines, executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence senior decision-makers, Proven negotiation skills with experience navigating complex contracts, pricing structures, and partnership agreements, A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota in a high-performance sales environment, organizational, territory management, and forecasting skills with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment, Proficiency in CRM software with CRM hygiene practices, including accurate pipeline management, forecasting discipline, activity tracking, and account documentation
Nice to Have
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, Previous experience selling into the real estate, property management, student housing, or multifamily housing industries, Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company, Familiarity with the needs and challenges of college housing is a significant advantage, Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and navigating enterprise procurement processes
