SaaS work is highly preferred, mid-market clients, multi-level selling are a big plus, Relevant experience with a similar ICP (Dental/Private Practice Medical), Experience with marketplace models, Love of blitz growth environments, Relentlessly positive attitude, sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work
