Our team is building a modern service management platform that enables growing businesses to reduce operational complexity and drive business success. We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help us build our modern service management platform. This position is based in India-Bangalore. In this role, the Account Executive will be a founding team member responsible for building our presence in the region - driving awareness, creating and accelerating pipeline, and closing deals both directly and through strategic partnerships. Region: MEA (Middle East & Africa), with a primary focus on the UAE and South Africa. If this sounds interesting to you, read on. We’re looking for someone with proven selling experience and strong market knowledge in the UAE and South Africa. Prior experience selling enterprise software to IT teams (IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Asset Management, IT Applications, etc.) is essential. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or ESM platformswill be an added advantage. 5-8 years of experience in software or solutions sales, with a proven track record of producing new business. Strong ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams. Proven success in negotiating deals and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships. Consistent achievement of sales targets with a focus on long-term customer success. Ability to grasp the "bigger picture" and align with our strategic IT plans.
