We operate mostly remote, with key offices in Bogotá, Medellín and Mexico City. ### Summary As a **Enterprise Sales Development Representative** , you'll be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through cold outreach and networking. You'll develop strategies to reach decision-makers at enterprise companies by identifying the right contacts, building a pathway to connect, and delivering clear value. Your role includes setting up meetings between prospects and Sales Executives, managing and expanding your database, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve ambitious targets. You'll also participate in pitch sessions, product demos, and training to strengthen your product knowledge and improve your effectiveness. Success in this role means consistently exceeding quota targets for qualified leads. **Requirements** ### What you'll do * Generate qualified **Enterprise B2B pipeline** through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, referrals, networking, and strategic follow-up. * Build relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders across enterprise companies in LATAM. * Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business potential, urgency, strategic fit, and enterprise readiness. * Own the follow-up process end-to-end to ensure no high-potential opportunity is lost. * Schedule high-quality meetings between prospects and Account Executives. * Use multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling
