Full Job Description
The **Enrollment Specialist** plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring the efficient processing of applications for life insurance products. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively within tight service-level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing new applications while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience. **Your Impact:** * Process insurance applications accurately and efficiently. * Review applications for completeness, identifying and requesting any missing information. * Verify customer data using internal systems and/or direct customer communication. * Assess applications to determine if they meet basic underwriting requirements. * Ensure accuracy of data files and resolve inconsistencies in submitted information. * Prepare and send correspondence related to member insurance notices and policy requests. * Issue insurance coverage materials upon successful application processing. * Accurately enter key application data into multiple systems. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with enrollment policies and procedures. **Successful Candidates Will Have:** * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. (mail merge experience strongly preferred) * Experience with CRM systems and database management (preferred). * High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Prior experience in data entry, document review, or administrative processing within an insurance company, third-party administrator, or similar industry. **Pay Range:** $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly _The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role._ One80 Intermediaries is an equal opp
