Role Overview: As an Enrollment Work with internal IT team on internal errors Ensure daily reporting provides all information needed to follow all policy and procedures as defined by Underwriting Troubleshooting ongoing file issues What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills Great attention to detail Intermediate knowledge of Excel Strong knowledge of 834 EDI transactions, including loop structures, segments, and implementation guidelines.
