Develop and implement strategic yield initiatives
Design and oversee pre-enrolment communication
Manage enrolment system and SIS workflows
Produce regular enrolment reports and forecasts
Develop and maintain enrolment policies
Identify and implement process improvements
Manage and develop the enrolment team

Team & Collaboration
Working collaboratively with the Admissions Director; Collaborate closely with Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar; Coordinate with academic departments, student services, IT, accommodation, and other stakeholders
