What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, veteran services, higher education administration, compliance, or related fields, Familiarity with military culture and veteran transition challenges, Administrative and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail, Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, Excellent communication and customer service skills, Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Experience serving as a School Certifying Official (SCO), Experience working with GI Bill®, VR&E, or military education benefits, Military service, military spouse experience, or prior work supporting veterans, Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, Experience in higher education, workforce development, or student services
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary enrollment contact for accepted students
Guide students through enrollment
Conduct one-on-one calls to answer questions and provide
Maintain proactive communication throughout enrollment process
Identify and resolve issues delaying enrollment or attendance
Serve as UHP's School Certifying Official (SCO)
Process enrollment certifications
Verify eligibility and maintain accurate student records
Support students utilizing GI Bill®
Coordinate with VA representatives and VR&E counselors
Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and records
Manage student progression through enrollment milestones and funding
Ensure accurate CRM documentation
Partner with Admissions Advisors to maintain enrollment momentum
Monitor enrollment status and address risks to student

and Student Experience
Communicate student needs
Ensure all required documentation
and pre-arrival requirements
Maintain accurate enrollment records and compliance documentation
Ensure certifications and student files meet regulatory requirements

The Opportunity UHP is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator (School Certifying Official) to guide students from acceptance through arrival while ensuring excellence in VA education benefits administration and compliance. This role serves as the primary point of contact for veterans and service members navigating GI Bill®, VR&E, scholarship, and enrollment processes. The Enrollment Coordinator helps remove barriers, reduce uncertainty, and create a seamless student experience while maintaining strict compliance with VA regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and passionate about supporting veterans as they transition into their next chapter.
