Must Have
1-2 years administrative experience interacting with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment, Previous experience working in a call center, Experience in insurance verification, Ability to quickly adapt to a demanding, evolving, and fast-paced environment, Ability to work on assigned holidays
Nice to Have
Experience using EHRs and CRMs, Previous experience working with individuals experiencing substance use dependency, Bilingual English/Spanish
