What You'll Do.
Deliver resident care
including administering medications
monitoring vital signs
and documenting observations.
Support and guide Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of care.
Draft and contribute to resident care plans under RN supervision.
coaching and motivating PCWs on your shift.
Monitor resident wellbeing
identify and report risks or issues
and ensure infection control practices are followed.
assist with examinations
and provide culturally appropriate education to residents and families.
Foster positive interpersonal relationships with residents
and the wider clinical team.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support and guide Personal Care Workers (PCWs); Lead by example, coaching and motivating PCWs on your shift.; Foster positive interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and the wider clinical team.
