Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field., Previous experience as an English Tutor or English Teacher, preferably with different groups and skill levels., command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills., Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment., Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with different curricula and standardized tests (e. g. , SAT, ACT, TOEFL) is a plus.
What You'll Do.

Develop customized lesson plans that align with individual student goals and learning styles.
Teach various aspects of the English language

and literature analysis.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and confidence.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Communicate regularly with students regarding progress
and strategies for success.
Stay updated on best practices in English education and incorporate new techniques into tutoring sessions.
