What You'll Do.
Provide instructional support for English Learners
Demonstrate diversity
Model culturally responsive pedagogy
Conduct all required testing
Monitor student growth and progress
Support outreach and communications
Support ELAC committees
Support professional development
Coordinate ELPAC testing
Complete annual training modules
Send required state communications
Assist in reclassification process
Review student assessment data
Plan for designated support
Share student progress data
Support administration of CSA
Present information at ELAC meetings
Advocate for students and families
Build collaborative relationships
Respond to family communications
Identify resources and supports
Disseminate information about school programs
Lead school in ELD needs responsiveness
Complete other duties as assigned
