We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Center based in Shanghai. This position starting is available with an immediate start. Job details * Teach the English to school students from grade 3 to grade 12, with a small class size of up to 15 students * Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments * Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum * Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve * Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers * 30 teaching periods a week and no office hours. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or above * At least 1 years of related teaching experience * A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification * Excellent English communicative skills **Benefits** * Monthly salary of 24,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications * Flight allowance of 6,000 RMB * Medical health Insurance * Public holidays plus 12 days of paid annual leave * Residence and work visa sponsored * Airport pickup upon arrival * Comprehensive pre-job training with ongoing support
