As the Engineering Training Implementation Manager, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end implementation of engineering training programs, including aircraft type training, new entry into service activities, and major system and technology changes. Acting as the Part 147 Responsible Manager, you’ll ensure all training materials, systems and documentation meet CASA regulatory requirements, while also driving modernisation and digitisation of engineering training solutions. You’ll partner closely with Engineering leaders, OEMs such as Airbus and Boeing, and internal delivery teams to ensure training solutions are fit for purpose, future‑focused, and aligned to business strategy. A strong systems mindset, regulatory expertise, and commitment to quality will be key to success.
