Must Have
Industrial experience in manufacturing process development, Able to read product prints and machine prints and manuals, Trouble shooting experience in programing / machining issues, Expected to work with minimal guidance to given goals, Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., Well organized, Good interpersonal skills, team player, High School diploma or GED required
Nice to Have
Degree and/or certification in industrial engineering a plus, AutoCAD software knowledge is preferred, CAD/CAM understanding preferred, Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing, & TPM is desired, Good mechanical aptitude, wood and metal fabrication capabilities, MBCI product knowledge preferred
What You'll Do.
Maintain Microvellum libraries
Nesting program evaluations
Machine tooling monitoring
CI projects focused on quality improvements
Ensure overall machine health
Operations involvement
Develop manufacturing documentation
Develop / manage Microvellum optimizations
and manage CNC programs
and coach new processes
Manage and implement yield initiatives
Liaison between manufacturing and engineering
and monitor operator knowledge
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
assist other MBCI sites as needed; collaboratively with Engineering; Liaison between manufacturing and engineering
