Troubleshoot and resolve complex testing and performance issues
Collaborate with engineering
and customer teams to validate vehicle performance
Maintain accurate test documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement
Perform vehicle commissioning and system-level tests according to customer specifications
and repair electrical
and electro‑mechanical issues
Lead and maintain 5S standards and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
Document test results
and troubleshooting steps accurately
Mentor and support lower-level act as a technical lead as assigned
