# **Position:** Engineering Technician # **Job Description:** **Arrow Electronics | Phoenix, AZ** **Hourly Rate:** $21.00 USD **Hourly Pay:** up to $22.50 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. **Overtime:** Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed. Arrow Electronics is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our fast-paced electronics repair and processing facility. If you enjoy staying active, hands-on operational tasks, and being part of a strong team, this role is for you. **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Support the technical needs of the production/manufacturing floor: System trouble shooting; technical problem solving and resolution, maintain label printers and test equipment; continuous improvement processes; maintain quality standards. * Document technical work documents used to manufacture specialty computer systems. * Change to processes and procedures to meet both customer needs and internal processes: revision of build plans; root cause analysis. * Review and process engineering change notices to customer products: Evaluate the changes for correctness, compatibility, and impact on labor and current procedures.
