Creating and maintaining Engineering work instructions. Executing performance/benchmark testing, and other activities as assigned. Provide production support as needed. Other tasks as assigned. ## Competencies 0-2 years of experience creating and working with product and service quotes. 2+ years of experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems. 0-2 years of experience building and integrating computer components into systems. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Excellent communication and listening skills. The ability to work closely with technical resources and other members of AHEAD staff. Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills. Experience in engineering change process. Proven technical acuity and problem-solving abilities. An understanding of quality
