What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BS in Engineering or STEM, Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and propose solutions to electromechanical failure modes, Ability to perform complex failure analysis using proper engineering FMEA methods, Familiarity with Six-Sigma methods and ability to apply LEAN concepts, Effective use of troubleshooting and measurement equipment like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, function generators, test platforms, Familiarity with hand tools and handling techniques for delicate electrical and mechanical components, Excellent communication and technical documentation skills, Self-starter and motivated to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing/sitting for long periods of time, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Nice to Have

Proficiency in CAD software and GD&T, Experience with ERP systems (Agile, SAP, e. g. ), Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Quality Systems Regulations, Familiarity with machining, post-processing, and modification practices

What You'll Do.

Supporting Service readiness for all incoming new products

Transfer of products and processes to sustaining teams

Executing test protocols

Evaluating new manufacturing process instructions

Providing feedback to engineering and service manufacturing

Developing and maintaining tooling

well-organized workspace

RMA line support for FA

and Final Test of products

and repair mechanical and electrical components

and provide guidance for development of test fixtures and engineering prototypes

Provide process feedback to the engineering

Assist with developing and updating Service RMA procedures

Support qualification and validation processes for equipment

Support training of Service Operations Technicians within mechanical and electronic assemblies

Maintain 6S standards in assigned work areas

Provide Manufacturing Systems Production support

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works closely with engineering teams during the assembly, documentation, and testing of new products and processes; Provide process feedback to the engineering, service, and training teams; Support training of Service Operations Technicians
