What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related field equivalent experience accepted, Experience operating and setting up CNC machinery required, Experience with AutoCAD or comparable drafting software required, Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints, practical understanding of measuring devices and inspection instruments, Familiarity with mechanical tools and safe operating practices, Basic understanding of engineering principles related to product design and testing, Experience with quality control processes and attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create technical reports, Ability to apply basic statistics for data analysis, Proficiency in use of hand tools such as mechanical or power

You will operate precision equipment, interpret engineering drawings, assist in troubleshooting, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
