Must Have

High School diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years additional education and/or related experience, Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. Government Secret security clearance, Ability to qualify for an Alcohol Tobacco and Firearm (ATF) “Explosives Possessor” designation, Ability to qualify for a Department of Defense security clearance, Disciplined to follow detailed instructions, Comply with procedures, Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications, Ability to learn and troubleshoot new software programs, Ability to work well in a team and independently, 2 years additional education and/or related experience, Ability to receive and follow specific instructions, Ability to understand and communicate technical information, Ability to read, interpret and implement technical drawings, specifications, and procedures, Ability to work a physically demanding day, Willing to perform shift work, weekends, holidays and overtime, Possess a valid state driver’s license, Able to obtain an Employee Possessor designation

Nice to Have

Associate degree in a technical field, Technical background in mechanics, electronics, or industrial machinery, Experience working with mechanical property testing equipment including Instron and MTS systems
