Personally, and through a group of designers ensures the completion and accuracy of assigned tasks from the initial design stage to implementation. Provide technical leadership and oversee product development for advanced control implementations as they proceed through the design process. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Supervises employees of the section to ensure completion of all assigned tasks to New Flyer standards. * Balances task assignments between section members to ensure deadlines are met. * Completes Engineering design tasks to support production. * Coordinates own tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
