What You’ll Do as a Engineering Tech 3: As a Engineering Tech 3 at Westgate Resorts you will support resort operations by performing maintenance tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders. You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members. * Perform and lead engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, repairs, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management. * Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and proper operation of MEP systems following resort guidelines. * Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of HVAC and mechanical components. * Diagnose plumbing fixtures, handle clogs, and conduct repairs and equipment replacements. * Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical components, such as breakers and contactors. * Repair and troubleshoot appliances and household fixtures. * Install, repair, and replace tiles, grout, vinyl, and carpet as needed. * Lead small construction projects, including drywall, carpentry, concrete, and flooring. * Work w
