Supports resort operations by performing maintenance tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders. As an Engineering Tech II, you will, * Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management. * Troubleshoot plumbing issues, make repairs, and replace fixtures and piping as needed. * Diagnose, replace, and repair minor electrical components such as receptacles and ballasts. * Troubleshoot and repair appliances and household fixtures. * Understand HVAC systems and perform basic preventive maintenance and diagnostics. * Repair interior and exterior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings, including texturing, painting, and caulking. * Repair or replace tiles, grout, vinyl, and carpet as required. * Work with pools, spas, and water features, including chemical balancing and cleaning tasks. * Participate actively in procurement and inventory processes to ensure materials and tools are available for work. * Operate resort operations devices and software effectively (HotSOS and other applicable systems). * Commun
