This role combines technical expertise with people management, requiring strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence and team performance. **Key Responsibilities** **Team Leadership & Management** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile engineers, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying training needs. Allocate work assignments effectively based on skills, location, and urgency. Foster a collaborative team culture focused on safety, quality, and customer service excellence. Develop Technical Supervisors for cover and support when appropriate through cross-training. **Operational Delivery** Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules are completed on time and to specification. Coordinate reactive maintenance callouts and emergency responses. Monitor job completion rates, first-time-fix rates, and overall service delivery metrics. Maintain effective communication with clients regarding service delivery and engineering issues.
