A combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, a minimum of 4 years’ engineering and/or architecture experience, 3 years leadership experience, Hands-on experience leading custom application development teams, Microsoft technology stack, .NET, Angular, supporting internet-facing applications, Solid understanding of the system development life cycle, Comfort working with math-intensive or calculation-driven systems, understanding of financial services or banking technology environments, Capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, Proficiency with project management, word processing, and spreadsheet tools, Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation and stakeholder communication skills, Experience working closely with business stakeholders in client-facing or highly visible systems, Demonstrated ability to encourage teamwork and serve as a leadership role model, Understanding of technical, business, and operational impacts of technology decisions
Nice to Have
